Introduction

Revenue Management Division is responsible for the formulation and revision of revenue policy and revenue related laws. Setting yearly revenue collection targets, monitoring of collection and coordination between and among revenue administrations is also its responsibility. Revenue management division is always promptly working by means of a healthy revenue policy formulation and implementation for maximum domestic revenue mobilization so that mounting government expenditures are met. The division has the responsibility for timely revision and updating of the revenue policy so that the domestic revenue mobilization becomes effectively the main source of fulfilling the additional financial need of the country to carry out developmental activities.
